My team has several projects that involve One Health, including one that will use new genetic approaches to screen for rabies virus in bat guano and other non-traditional sample types. I am part of the One Health Collaborative in Northern Arizona, which is a multi-disciplinary consortium of professionals representing the different facets of One Health, including public health, clinical medicine, veterinary, wildlife, and environmental health researchers and officials.
